Overview
I work on the Cubs corporate partnerships team, on the revenue side of the baseball business. Major sponsors pay for hospitality, tickets, signage, and in stadium assets. My time there is spent helping those deals get delivered on game days, managing contracted events and partner logistics, tracking asset utilization, and putting together the recaps and Vision Insights numbers that show what ran and how the assets performed.
What I did
- Game day activation and fulfillment across a 50+ partner book, including Motorola, Southwest, State Farm, Gallagher, and other major Cubs partners. Hospitality, ticketing, signage, and sponsorship assets that have to land correctly when the park is full.
- Manage contracted events, asset utilization, and partner logistics so sponsorship commitments stay on schedule and assets get used as the deal intended.
- Proof of performance decks after activations so partners and the partnerships team have a clear record of what was delivered.
- Use Vision Insights to pull quantitative feedback on partner asset performance, then fold those reads into internal reviews and partner facing materials.
